We’re proud to be a sponsor of this year’s Digital Impact Awards, an event that recognises and highlights the importance of digital communications.
As the website proudly states, the awards are some of the leading accolades in Europe when it comes to recognising engagement on digital platforms. A Digital Impact Awards trophy or certificate are both highly sought after prizes for digital agencies, as well as the companies and brands they represent.
Categories in this year’s awards include: ‘best digital communications in an integrated campaign’, ‘best use of existing social media platforms’, and ‘best use of digital (by sector)’ with no less than 14 industries. This gives both corporate and internal messages and more creative advertising communications the chance to become award-winning pieces of copy.
The judging panel for the Digital Impact Awards changes every year, bringing together digital experts from some of the UK’s biggest agencies. Any organisation can submit an entry, as long as the work was developed and completed within a certain time period. Entries placing in the top three are awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze respectively, with other impactful submissions potentially earning a ‘highly commended’ status.
We’re just as passionate about digital communications as the entrants and judges, and were honoured to be invited to sponsor the 2013 awards. Digital content is a key part of practically every campaign now, forming the core of a marketing strategy where it was once considered an afterthought. In many ways, the digital world has never been more important, and we’re excited to see what developments have been made this year.
This year’s awards are still open for entries until June 20th, so if you were considering an entry then there’s still plenty of time. The 2013 winners will be revealed at a ceremony and gala dinner this October – we can’t wait to find out who takes home a trophy this year!
