Paratus People were part way through a re-brand which included a new name – 5Values. During this process the tech recruitment firm sought to put generic statements aside. Before an overhaul of their website and tone of voice, they first needed to establish their real mission, real vision, and real values.
Stratton Craig helped 5Values find the missing pieces to its identity. Holding a senior leadership workshop with figures central to the business, we invited the group to challenge the accuracy and relevancy of their core mission and values. The outcome was a fresh and unique position for the business, with an identity that set it apart from others in the marketplace and would provide its international workforce with a mission, vision and values that the team could live and breathe.
After workshopping 5Values’ identity and tone of voice, we wrote a new mission, vision and values for the company. Through building these foundations, the team can now communicate its new brand effectively, separating itself from the generic and adopting a uniqueness that really brings its values to life.
