New collaborations. Bigger client projects. Industry awards. Group-wide initiatives like Change LAB. And perhaps most importantly, stronger connections between people across the business.<\/p>\n<p class=\"noSpacingAbove spacingBelow\" data-text-type=\"withSpacing\">The past three years have been about much more than becoming part of a larger group.
