Our Client Director Harriette attended the event with London-based creative communications agency, Luminous.<br \/>\nIn March we worked with Luminous to write the 2010 Annual Report for Pennon Group. Initially, we undertook several interviews with key board members to really get to grips with the events and strategic achievements during the previous year, as well as those planned for 2011.<br \/>\nWe went on to write from scratch and in some places edit and rewrite copy from department content, as well as the financial review and risks sections of the report.<br \/>\nGetting involved in the very early stages of writing the Annual Report is always great as it allows us to fully understand a company\u2019s key messages and surrounding content. When it comes to the financial sector, the clarity and transparency of communication is all the more important and we\u2019re delighted that the efforts made in improving Pennon Group\u2019s reporting have been acknowledged with this prestigious award.<br \/>\nCongratulations Pennon Group!
