It\u2019s the science-writing part of building a good website, one that people find a pleasure to use. It\u2019s writing things like \u2018Buy now\u2019, \u2018Hit Enter\u2019 etc, and it largely goes unnoticed unless the phrase is badly chosen \/ misleading.\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.creativebloq.com\/netmag\/importance-writing-ux-design-31411082\">Original source&gt;<\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Grammar mistakes can ruin content marketing<\/strong><br \/>\nLet\u2019s face it, not everyone cares about grammar, but if you\u2019re writing for an audience that does, getting it wrong is often taken to mean a glaring admission that you don\u2019t really care. It\u2019s particularly bad if it happens in a sales document, a cover email, your CV or if you\u2019ve positioned yourself as some sort of language guru.<br \/>\n<strong>More lists, quizzes and cats<\/strong><br \/>\nDo we really still love pictures of cats with speech bubbles? Debatable according to David Carr (of the New York Times) who recently commented that \u2018just because something is popular does not make it worthy, but ignoring audience engagement is a sure route to irrelevance\u2019. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2014\/03\/24\/business\/media\/risks-abound-as-reporters-play-in-traffic.html?ref=business&amp;_r=0\">It\u2019s a good read&gt;<\/a><br \/>\n<strong>The secret ingredient of content marketing<\/strong><br \/>\nAnother one we hear you cry? It\u2019s clearly a complex recipe with so many different and exotic ingredients. We can\u2019t help but think that if one secret ingredient is enough for Coca Cola and IRN-BRU, it\u2019s probably enough for content too. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.convinceandconvert.com\/content-marketing-2\/this-is-the-usually-absent-secret-ingredient-of-content-marketing\/?utm_content=buffer5df8c&amp;utm_medium=Social&amp;utm_source=buffer&amp;utm_campaign=buffer\">Begging to differ is Jay Baer&gt;<\/a><br \/>\n<strong>6 of the 10 performing UK magazines are produced by brands <\/strong><br \/>\nWhat better way for Waitrose to bring together branded content and direct marketing? <a href=\"http:\/\/weareresult.com\/\">Result&gt;<\/a><br \/>\n<strong>And Jerry\u2019s final thoughts:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creating free content may lead people to you to buy your services.
