Millie is our Research and Insights Manager and supports our strategy team with a broad range of research tasks to generate insights. With a sharp and curious mind, she’s always on the scout for ways to add value to our clients. After graduating with first-class honours in digital marketing, she has racked up experience in recruitment, marketing and HR. She has also worked in product development for a high-profile cosmetic brand in London.

In her spare time, Millie enjoys experimenting with makeup, using it as a form of art therapy. She is also an advocate for disability inclusion in the media, and uses her voice to champion equality both online and at large-scale commercial events.
