The challenge

Competition law is a complex area of corporate law, and one where it can be hard for firms to stand out from the crowd. RBB Economics is a specialised consultancy that focuses purely on economic advice relating to competition law.

They needed to speak in a way that was distinctive, engaging and demonstrated their deep expertise.

The solution

We started by helping the firm’s key decision makers to develop an elevator pitch and key messaging document. This distilled the essence of the company and its benefits into a number of core statements, which we then built out to create a tone of voice that reflected the purpose and character of the company.

It was important that we then demonstrated how the tone of voice could be used in creating effective corporate content. We did this by writing a new corporate brochure and website copy that incorporated the new tone, key messaging and core values.

The results

We continued to work with RBB Economics in order to add case studies and update brochures to fit the new tone of voice. Businesses evolve over time, and it is important that their communications evolve too.
