The challenge
Specialist SaaS provider inriver offers leading product information management (PIM) software that empowers brands, manufacturers, and retailers to effectively manage and distribute their product information across multiple channels. Its marketing team had little capacity to create new blogs and ebooks or refresh existing content for current audiences and needs. Inriver wanted to focus on valuable thought leadership pieces with SEO benefits to improve its rankings and demonstrate the value of its solutions to an expert audience.
The solution
Using insights from inriver’s partners, such as Gartner, we wrote new SEO-optimised thought leadership blogs. The copy was keyword focused and would help to further establish inriver as a leader in its niche. We also helped with ideation and shared insights to inform future content. After the first phase of blog content was complete, the scope of our work expanded. Alongside blog translations into German, we supported inriver in the creation of net new ebook assets as well as the release of a new French website, complete with translated webpages, blog posts, and other assets.
The results
We’ve helped inriver build a stronger bank of informative, technical blogs that demonstrate its products’ value to knowledgeable readers. Crucially, we helped its team build the content momentum they were struggling to achieve. Our relationship has blossomed and we’re continuing to support inriver with ongoing content needs, including regular blog posts, specific ebook needs, and email marketing campaigns.
