What to say during Coronavirus

Our tips on communicating to your customers

Struggling to know what to say during COVID-19? Visit our dedicated page for top tips

You don’t need us to tell you that these are strange days or that the current global lockdown has brought unprecedented disruption.

We don’t have a crystal ball to tell you how long this will last, and we don’t have any magic solutions for fending off lockdown boredom (although we do a good line in organised team fun). But we do know how to write clearly and effectively, and our team members have direct experience of communicating through a business crisis or two.

We want to help our clients, and everyone else for that matter, emerge from these strange days with as much success as possible.

So we’ve started collecting and creating resources and tools that will help you face the communications challenges of working through a pandemic, including cheat sheets, tips and insight pieces. We’ll also be speaking to our clients about what’s working well for them, scouring the internet for ideas (which shouldn’t be too hard as the content from this crisis has been STRONG so far) and sharing anything useful that we find.

Get in touch with us if you have anything to add to our tools, and, of course, let us know if we can help with any copywriting or communications strategy support.
