Our strategists led a workshop with Writhlington’s senior leadership team where we demonstrated the impact and potential of best-practice communications principles. We shared practical ways the leadership team and comms team could implement our recommendations. Our education specialists then rewrote the school’s letter templates, demonstrating the power of carefully chosen words to build trust and understanding.
