The Diamond Producers Association wanted to produce an industry-wide sustainability report to quantify the positive and negative impacts of the diamond industry and present them in a transparent way that built trust with end consumers.
We were engaged to write the copy for the report and worked closely with the DPA to recommend ways to position the industry as proactive, human, transparent and accountable. We showed the DPA that the right words can help build trust and understanding.
The client was very happy with the final report, which was rolled out via an interactive web page, social media campaigns and traditional printed report.
